Men and women are invited to this gentle yoga class where you will strengthen, stretch, relax and breathe. In this hybrid class format, choose to join us in-person or join us virtually by Zoom to participate from your home. The combination of movement and breath work provide a well-rounded, healing practice for mind, body and spirit. Appropriate for all levels.
Please bring or have a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and a mask.
A Zoom link will be sent to your email prior to the first class for those who wish to participate virtually from home.

Darcy Rylander
Darcy is a certified yoga instructor and wellness coach. She incorporates asana (poses), breathing techniques and meditation for a more traditional style of yoga.
