Yoga For Aches & Pains

Summer 2021

Reduce aches and pains with a gentle, slow yoga practice to help re-educate your nervous system and release tight, constricted muscles. Each class will guide you through movements that will connect your mind and body, improving mobility, stability and strength. Take home an individualized plan to improve your movement. Each month will focus on a different area of the body.

Back Care - June 15

Hips & Hamstrings - July 13

Neck & Shoulders - August 17

Please wear comfortable clothes.  Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and blanket to class.
