Wake up and start your day with a comprehensive workout! Leave feeling refreshed and energized! This is a great class for ALL Fitness Levels! This low-impact workout focuses on high intensity interval training AT YOUR LEVEL in short sequences. This allows you to get a great workout in only 45 minutes. This class only requires you and no special equipment. Personal water shoes are recommended for better traction on the pool floor. Bring a towel and a water bottle.
