  • RevSports Flag Football (Grades K-6)

    Flag football is a growing alternative to full contact football that teaches basic skills and concepts. It is safer for you since there is no tackling. Learn the rules of the game, how to be a good sport and the critical skills necessary for advancing to tackle football. Please note that there are NO back-up locations or dates for this activity. The easiest way to be notified about a weather related cancellation is to register for the "REMIND" email and text notifications. Once registered, if a cancellation is made, a message will be sent out and parents will immediately be informed of the cancellation.   • Bluejacket Girls Basketball Skills Academy (Grades 4-8)

    This skills academy will make any basketball player more comfortable on the court. Work on ball handling, foot work, passing, and shooting through fun drills and games.   • Youth Mixed Martial Arts (Ages 7-12)

    Learn the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a fun, safe, professional and training environment. Explore and experience a combination of Kali, Kickboxing and Grappling for effective self defense and self confidence. Masks masks are currently required to be worn by anyone entering the building for the duration of class until the mask mandate is lifted.   • Horse Day Camp: One Day Option (Ages 6 - 17)

    Learn how to groom, tack-up, lead and ride. Plus have fun creating horse crafts, learning how to give a horse a bath, feeding, watering and other horse care. Camps run rain or shine! Please wear shoes with a closed toe and a heel, long pants and dress for the weather. Face masks are required. Bring lunch and a nut-free snack, water bottle, bug spray and sunscreen.   • My Little Horse Camp (Ages 2 - 5 & Adult) (Summer)

    This parent/child camp features horse safety, learning and fun! Spend the morning learning about different horse breeds, colors and sizes. Experience feeding, caring for and grooming the horses.   • Northern Elements Competitive All Star Cheer - Summer (Ages 5-18)

    Boys and girls of all levels are invited to work on new skills and continue to improve on existing ones to be better prepared for the season starting in October. Students do NOT have to be Cambridge-Isanti students to participate. Session 1 - Strength and flexibility: Students will be taught best practice to build and maintain strength, endurance, and flexibility. Session 2 - Intro to All Star Cheer: Students will spend each day getting a preview of the different aspects of an All Star Cheer routine. Session 3 - Team Readiness: Athletes will work with coaches to clean up skills prior to team evaluations and the competitive season starting. Questions about the program?     Join us for one of the most popular soccer camps in the country, now with new and improved activities designed to accelerate your learning. Challenger Sports’ brings amazing coaches, awesome British accents and a week of innovative practices with a unique cultural twist.     This is for gymnasts that are old enough to potentially be on the high school team and already have the minimum requirements needed. Instructor permission required.
  • Sewing: Pick A Project For Kids! (Ages 12 & up)

    Learn sewing, a hobby and skill you can use for the rest of your life. Make a precut project with the help of the instructor. Projects (starting at $8.00) include a pillowcase, pieced patriotic pillow, table runner top, or a small panel quilt top with borders. Face masks are required until the state's mask mandate expires.     Join the Jackets Cheer program and help support our home team(s) and promote school spirit! Practices will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until games start or when the games are away. Fridays are game days if the BlueJackets are home. A game schedule will be provided once cheer starts. Practice times and dates are subject to change. Participants must be Cambridge-Isanti students to participate. Please note, there will be additional expenses for clothing and accessories.   • Summer Band Camp (completed grade 5 or new to band)

    Get the focused attention you need to start playing your band instruments successfully. You will receive specific instruction on how to play your first 3-5 notes, begin to read music, and properly care for your instrument. Conclude the week with a district-wide gathering of beginning band students and a concert at CMS on Fri, Aug 27, 9-11AM. This camp is not required for C-I band students, but is strongly recommended. Instrument rentals will be delivered to each school in time for band camp. If you have your own instrument, please bring it along to camp. Music sheets will be provided.
