This class will dive a bit deeper into Microsoft Excels' Data Analytic functions. This is an intermediate level class, geared for those users who are creating, comparing, or contrasting, data sets and lists.
By the end of this course attendees will:
Use the text to column feature to separate combined data fields
Learn to apply multi-level sorting to organize data hierarchically
Learn how to use the remove duplicate tool to remove duplicative data
Create and apply custom sort orders to prioritize analysis based on specific needs
Learn skills in conditional formatting
Learn to apply data validation rules to maintain data consistency, prevent errors and provide user-friendly drop-down lists for accurate data entry
