Bluejacket Speed & Strength


Youth Programs -
Youth Spring/Summer 2026

Athletes will receive supervised and structured acceleration, circuit and weight room training to increase speed and body strength. Results will be verified with pre and post testing. Activities will be broken up to allow for ultimate muscle breakdown and recovery. This activity is designed for the serious athlete or fitness enthusiast. Workouts will be intense.  Please sign up according to session.

SLCC55A: High School Athletes (non-football) grades 9-12
