Welcome to the Summer Swim Team!
Two training options for advanced swimmers. Prep sessions focus on stroke development, drills, reading workouts, and starts/turns for swimmers who have passed Level 5 and are deep-water safe (also great for JV swimmers). Advanced sessions are designed for highly skilled and varsity-level swimmers, with an emphasis on advanced techniques, drills, cardio conditioning, nutrition, and strength training.
9:30am-10:30am (June sessions); 3:30-4:30 pm (July sessions) This session is focused on swimmers getting ready for the swim team. They have passed level 5, are deep water safe, and are ready to learn more! We will work with stroke development, drills, how to read a workout, and learn more tips with starts and turns. This will also be good for the JV swimmers on the current high school team.
8:00am-9:30am (June sessions); 1:30-3:30 pm (July sessions) This session is focused on skilled swimmers or those that swim on the high school varsity team. We will do more with techniques, drills, cardio workouts, talk nutrition, strength training and more
