    Please note: There is paperwork for this class that should be completed before you attend class. Paperwork will be mailed to you about a week prior to class. Please bring the completed paperwork with you to class. If you were to pass away unexpectedly or become incapacitated. . . • Who would make financial or legal decisions on your behalf? • Would your estate have to go through probate? • Who would coordinate the probate for your estate? • To whom would your assets be distributed? • Who would be the guardian of your children? • Would your health care wishes be carried out? If you have a plan, you get to make your own choices. This course will help you answer these questions with the guidance of a licensed attorney. You will leave with a valid Will, Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney. This class is appropriate for you if the total of all of your individual assets is less than one million dollars (including real estate, life insurance, and retirement assets). Basic computer and typing skills are helpful, as you will be typing your official documents on a computer.
