Have you thought about opening your own in-home child care business but don't know where to start? Would you like to learn more and ask questions before diving in? This informational session will do just that! Learn about what it takes to become licensed including requirements for the physical environment, health and safety, training, and capacity. Learn about the ins and outs of running a program and where you can find information on grants and financial assistance. Hear from current providers on the licensing process and what it's like day to day. This session will be led by Isanti County Licensing Supervisor, Jeni Darling, and Licensing Social Worker, Nicole Simpson. This is a free class.
